GCPNC Purpose

• Empower the Stakeholders of the Council Area.
• Work cooperatively with all relevant agencies toward the improvement and protection of the Council area, effectively representing our Stakeholders and addressing identified needs and concerns.
• Provide an inclusive open forum for public discussion of issues concerning City governance, the needs of this Neighborhood Council, the delivery of City services to this Neighborhood Council area, and on matters of a  citywide nature.
